RANT OF THE WEEK!
Who shot first, Han or Gredo?
How good are you with the handgun? I know a guy, real Marine, who used nothing but Glock's
in Vietnam and I'm sure he's pretty damn good. Handguns are great for shorter ranges of like ten to twenty yards,
after that it becomes almost impossible to hit someone behind a wall with a single shot (unless you are really good!)
Out in the open, it can be done, that's not the point here. I'm tryin' to figure out who keeps
picking me off with when I'm covered behind a 'soild' brick wall. The only thing that I can figure is that it's some
kind of glich that I keep falling for.
The worse kind of people are those who I find in my crosshairs of my scope that some how kill
me. Here's what I'm talking about; I was playing a team shooter match and I was posted up in the back office rooms
on the Vault level. I rolled out, looked in my scope and shot this guy right in the head. I mean my crosshairs
where on this guy's nose! The only other way I could have been any closer was to some how put the crosshairs up his
nose, but he didn't drop.
He was in that small room, just before you get to the pop machines and I know that's close
range for the PSG1 or any Sniper Rifle for that matter, but he didn't drop. He shoots me once with his hand gun, head
shot, I go down. EXPLAIN HOW HE DIDN'T DROP FROM MY ROUND? I know that people are using cheats, but I didn't know
they had a GOD MODE for online. Assholes.
If the PSG1 can pick people off from 1,800 yards then how in the hell did he not die from a head
shot less than 10 yards away. Another thing, people should know that body armor isn't bullet proof! To be hit
with a round from a Sniper Rilfe (doesn't really matter which one) less than a hundred yards away should put the bullet right
through you.
But you have to becareful when you're on the rope when I've got you in my crosshairs.
I can't tell you how many people I take out with a shot to the nuts! That's the only thing that makes me laugh really,
a shot to the balls would suck!
